In order to fix the issue, navigate to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program, select NIIT Cloud Courseware System from the list and click Uninstall. Follow the on-screen instructions, reboot your computer after the process is complete and run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system. After that, reinstall the program and configure your security program and Windows Firewall to allow it to communicate.
