When Bluestacks has some running problems, the only recommended thing to do is to actually perform a fresh installation. Before doing that, make sure to remove everything related to Bluestacks. Install CCleaner then access the registry tool and perform the cleaning procedure. Once the process is completed, reboot the computer and install Bluestacks.
