Yes, CPS R06.12.06 is capable of programming the Motorola CM200/CM300 radio device. However, according to the information found on the Internet on various websites, the minimum version needed to program CM300's settings (radius included!) is R05.00. The CPS R06 is also good, but it might offer additional settings and features than its predecessor, R05.
