Unfortunately, there are multiple causes that make this application not working properly. Therefore, I recommend you to perform a fresh installation of this software. Go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program > search TuneSync Server > and hit uninstall. Next, download it from its official webpage (is the safest way to download the latest version). After the download is complete, open the setup file and start the installation process once again.
