How to register for an account in Madeenaplus?

I bought a Madeenaplus calling card, but there is no instruction about activation the credit. I have downloaded the application from mymadeenaplus.com, but it needs an account to log in. Kindly guide me how to create an account and get a username and password to log in the application.

There is no way to register for an account. The username and password should be typed on the pre-paid card. There should be a zone on the card where you need to scratch it and the username and password should be revealed. Use a coin and then gently scratch the area indicated. Then install one of the compatible applications and use the information found on the card to log-in. This is the only way to log-in.
