Due to the fact that this is an old program, that was released in 1999, there is a little possibility that you can run it under Windows 8. You can try to install it using compatibility features, but this won't help much due to the fact that the program was designed for DOS based Windows OS. To use compatibility features, swipe from the right side of the screen, in the search box type Run program and open the Run programs made for previous Windows versions service. There you need to follow the instructions provided.
