Using Admac-Parts on Windows 8.

Why is it that Admac Parts won't run on Windows 8?

According to users on forums, the application will work on Windows versions up to Windows 7 64bit. There is no information about Windows 8 or something related. However, if you still have the package, right click it and select Properties > Compatibility. Choose Windows 7 x64 bit and then run the package as Administrator. It should work this way. Additionally, there is no way to obtain the product nowadays.
