Drawing a rounded shape on top on connected to 2 lines in CorelDRAW X6.

I want to draw a round shape on top of 2 parallel lines like in the picture below using X6. I've tried the following:

  • draw two lines (the parallel 2 lines)
  • group the two lines.
  • draw a complete circle
  • weld the circle to the group of two lines

It didn't work as the circle stayed complete like in the image. How to fix it and make similar to the image below?

I have checked Google and I could find information about the correct procedure of doing it. Access the results, then click the link that leads to the YouTube tutorial. I have checked it and the user explains how to section circles in CorelDraw, regardless of the version (X5, X6, X7, etc)
