File assistant for Windows Vista.

I have Windows Vista. Which file assistant works on it, is this 4D? I do have 3 and 5D.

The 3D File Assistant will work for Windows Vista. The version 4D and 5D are used for versions above Windows Vista like Windows 7 or WIndows 8. There is also a new version of the embroidery software available (6D) that's compatible with latest operating systems. However, the application can't be obtained from a public page because it's available only for those who acquire the physical device.
