No, there isn't because the application has been developed to work on DOS. You can try using DOSBox to run the application.
Download and install the application. If you have the KPG-56D, extract it for example on C:\kpg56d then open DOSBox and type: mount c: c:\kpg56d. Once finishes type cd kpg56d and start the application using the command line.
