I recently bought Canon PIXMA MG2520 printer which states on the box that it prints, copies and scans. On the quick menu there are no features for scan. How can I get the scan feature that I thought I was paying for?
Try installing the support software for this printer. You can find the packages on the official website. Click on the Drivers & software > Software then you can download the software requires to scan, print and copy.
