I suggest you to reinstall the application and to check the user manual provided by the developer. It explains with many details how to backup your iPhone messages. If the problem persists you need to contact Wide Angle Software.

You can use a data transfer tool, backup text messages iphone, you can follow this.

You are able to transfer data from iphone to pc or Mac.
