How can I decipher Butler's Lives of Saints CD?

I have the Butler's Lives of Saints CD and I need to know how or what program (Microsoft Office 365 or Microsoft Office 2010 Student edition) do I need to translate it in readable text. I have a Windows 8 computer. How can I decipher it? I get only pictures and music and no readable text.

The Butler's Lives of Saints CD you have is a video CD and you can't decipher it in readable text. Unfortunately, it doesn't have any text file packaged with the video. If the video contains text information, you can convert it to pictures using Video to Picture Image Converter and then to readable text using an OCR program from Software Informer database. Also, if it contains monologues or audio stories you can try converting them to text using VoiceBase or Dictation.
