When we launch the 59R software the other utilities freeze.

We are using on our reactive help-desk 59R software. All programs (emails, job-logging and so on) run perfectly until we start 59R. As soon as we launch it, the other utilities freeze. It affects our help-desk. What can we do?

Firstly, try uninstalling the software (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system. After that, install it again and try running it. If the problems persist, you will need to upgrade your computer. For further information, I suggest you contact the developer.
