I have a problem to download the FactSage. It asks me for the Customer ID and password. What should I do?

In many cases this information is filled in for you during the installation process. Otherwise, you need to enter manually the Customer ID and the Registration key received from the developer. If you don't have this information, you need to contact Thermfact/CRCT - GTT.
