The application entered infinite loading loop. How to fix?

The application doesn't start properly. Do you have a solution to fix it?

The only solution to fix this is to actually download a newer version from its official website and perform a fresh installation.

If you use Windows Vista or higher, make sure to run the installation as Administrator.
