I can't log into my Yahoo account because I forgotten the password. I have my recovery email address but I have forgotten its password, too. How can I retrieve my account?
If you have forgotten the alternate email, you can answer to the security questions. This remains the only way to gain access to your account in case all other recovery methods are not available. Visit the Forgot Password page and follow the instructions on how to gain access to your account.
