I have set IUP to deactivate searching for updates and notifications alert, but this function does not work. Now I get a notification every time I start my computer. How do I uninstall this badly-working program?

Although the application may not function properly, you will see that it will turn useful in the future when you want to update something. It's recommended to disable it instead of uninstalling. Go to Start > Run and type msconfig then select the Startup tab. Uncheck Intel Update Manager and restart the PC. The application will be prevented from starting next time of the computer boot-up.
