We work in protected environment and one of our students can't use your program. I need to know two things, the port used to access the server and the name of this one ( IP address), so we can open the firewall to this program.
You can obtain this information from the official website of the developer. Use the Contact Us and ask for this information. If you can allow the execution of the file, there will be no need for additional configuration through firewall.
