No, because the application has been developed to run only on Windows XP and below platforms. In order to run it on your computer, I suggest you use Windows 7 Compatibility Mode. Right-click the launcher, select Properties and click the Compatibility tab. Check the first box, select a compatible platform from the drop-down list, click Apply and then OK. Also, you can try installing the application in Windows XP Mode environment.
