The cause to the startup error might be related to the fact that the application is not installed correctly or it's lacking Administrator rights. Try reinstalling the application again and when you are at the first launch, right click the icon and select Run As Administrator. This way you will overcome problems with security rights. Another possibility is that the application is not compatible with the operating system where is installed.
