AC800C communication problems.

The program from my laptop fails to communicate with AC800C with Ethernet communication boardCI272. Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, try removing the software from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and then install it again. If it doesn't help, unplug the AC800C device, wait several seconds, connect it again, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination, open Device Manager and press Scan for hardware changes icon. Alternatively, use the Contacts page to get in touch with the support team.
