There is no information related to the SGConfig and its supported features. However, there is a simple way to verify if the software supports command line or not. Go to the setup package of the software, keep the SHIFT pressed then right click and choose Open Command Prompt here. Type the setup package name and then append /? and you should see the available command line options (if available!!!).
