Direct3D is a service that comes incorporated in the DirectX service. To download and install DirectX on your computer, visit the following website and click on the download button. After you installed DirectX on your computer, or if you have it installed, to activate Direct3D, you need to go to Start > Run > type dxdiag and press enter. In the new window that opened, go to Display and click on Enable under Direct3D acceleration. Click Save all and Exit.
