Does this work on Mac?

I don't design garments but would like a program that will convert the instructions for a garment to a different gauge.

No, this program does not work in Mac because it isn't available anymore. The software was developed for Windows 98, WIndows 2000, and Windows XP. You can use Garment Designer on Mac.
