Issue while receiving a file.

While receiving a file through Trend Analyzer, because of an error, I couldn't save it on my PC. Is there something that I can do to fix it?

To fix this issue, make sure that the program isn't blocked by Windows Firewall or by the Firewall of a third party antivirus tool. This might be the main reason. Also, try to update your program's version or perform a clean installation of the product. If the problem still persists, try to contact the developer on the official website.
