Try command: Ccnetb2b
Result: no connection with PC (communication error)

Try command:Ccnet
Result: Connection. Only bills input no return

It's impossible to troubleshoot the application since there is no information about it. There is no developer's website, help guide, manual, or a resource that can be used to diagnose this error. However, you can do this the manual way. If you can't establish the connection, make sure that all the drivers and modules for the application are installed properly. Check the connection between the software and the device (if you use one). In most of the cases, the problem is with the drivers. Install the drivers and then repeat the command.
