There are plenty of programs that can detect and remove spyware from your mobile. I suggest you to use one from the Android Informer database.
Why you feel you have been monitored? Is there anyone you know do that for you? I have no idea how to know there is a spywear on aphone, but I know thoes spy software. Like iKeyMonitor or Mobile Spy.
