This is possible only with the help of the USB cable that came together with your iPad. To be noticed that the process will be slower that the regular one (using the DC charger). To charge your iPad, you need to connect it to the PC using the USB cable. Make sure that the iPad is in Sleep mode otherwise it won't work. Also, make sure that the PC is ON (Sleep mode or Hibernate will not charge the device).
