Every Canon printer has its own application which allows different configuration settings. This means that you can use that software to configure the way printer works including alignment, print colors, speed, etc. Use that software and configure the settings related to the color adjusting. Some printers use Color Profiles for printing. You can also select this option in the same software's interface.
