First create another username in your PC by using Start > Control panel > Users then install the application while you are logged on with your username. Once it finishes, right click the same setup application and select RUN As. Choose the second username and proceed with the installation. Every time you start the application from one of the icons, it should ask you the confirmation for second user that tries to run it.
