This software has been discontinued. That means that the developer doesn't offer support for it anymore. The chances that it will work on Windows 7 are low because it wasn't designed for this OS. However, you can test it for yourself by using compatibility mode. To do that, you can right click on the installer EXE file -> Properties -> Compatibility tab -> and check Run in compatibility with Windows XP.
