Is it possible to transfer the details of a message?

When Siron releases a message received from an Alliance Access, does it have the possibility to transfer the details of that message (operator user or unit) to send it to a specific printer or department? If it supports this feature, how can I do that?

Unfortunately, there is no official information or a troubleshooting guide to use to access the details you need. The software appears to be discontinued, because no website is related to its activity. If you have it installed, go to Help menu and read through the contents. This is the only way when apps don't have usage guides available for downloading.
