Uninstall AVG SafeGuard toolbar.

How do I get this out of my system? It won't let me uninstall it - the uninstall program freezes and then says I have to be logged on as an Administrator - I'm the only person on this computer and I am the administrator.

You can try to run AdwCleaner to remove the toolbar or if you want an aggressive way, Combofix might help you. Download it from its official website and run it then wait for its operation to finish. When it finishes, I can guarantee you it will be removed from your computer.

The computer might restart during the process and the scanning time takes a couple of minutes.
