The answer is no. The application will not work in Windows 8 because the lack of compatibility. Initially, the software was desgined for Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista. However, this doesn't mean you can't attempt a possible installation. Right the setup file, select Properties > Compatibility and choose Windows XP or Windows Vista then run it. If the software contains newer libraries, there is a chance it will work in Windows 8.
