I need a decoder for an AC3 file.

I need to read an AC3 file and output the 5.1 into 6 channels of raw data. Is there any ActiveX or DLL I can download?

The AC3Tools Pro is a program that is designed to work with AC3 files. The application works with audio files and split the audio channels to achieve a surrounding effect. However, according to program's description it can split audio channels only for 5.1 output.
