Can Elcomsoft Blackberry Backup Explorer open BB System 10?

Can this software open BB System 10 or is only for BB system 7 and below?

The application supports all versions of BB System as longs as the phone is connected to the computer. You might need to install the software using the Support CD for your phone then you can use the application.
