It does not work on my computer. What should I do?
Install ActiveX and Shockwave Flash or If you have installed them,Check the Manage add-ons(Must be enabled).If Adobe Flash Player does not work with all of these updates them.
The first thing to do is to go to Start > Control Panel. Use the Search and type Flash Player. If there is no icon, it means you are lacking the installation of the plugin. Access the official website with your Internet Explorer or other browser and download the package. There is the ActiveX version and the plug-in version. Download and install all of them.
