In order to scan your documents to a PDF file format, you can use the Epson Scan software. If you don't have it, you can download it from the following official website. It's specially designed to work with your printer. To scan the files, open the software, click on the Customize button from the middle of the page, click on the File Save Settings and at the Image format option choose PDF. You can also click on the Option button to see the additional settings. You can now click OK and start the scanning process.
