After a few calls, the other person can't hear me anymore and I need to restart the program.

I am using CosmoDesk in combination with 3cx Phone. The problem is that after a few calls the other person doesn't hear me anymore. The only way to fix this is by restarting ComsoDesk or going through the tuning wizard again. Is this a problem with CosmoDesk or is this a problem with 3cx Phone?

Unfortunately, there is no information regarding this behavior of any of the mentioned programs. To fix the problem, you can try to update both of the applications to the latest versions available. It's advised to do this because the issue that you encounter can be caused by an internal error of any of programs. If the problem still persists, try to contact the developer to find out more about any known compatibility issues.
