Need to convert Outlook emails in EML file format.

Question

Looking for a solution to convert Outlook 2010 emails into EML files. Once these files are converted, I need to transfer them over to a Mac and import them into Windows Live Mail. I've tried other methods, but none of them worked. As these files are saved on my PC, I don't want to waste time on uploading and downloading on the other end as there are thousands of emails to be migrated. Is there a solution to this problem?

It seems that the Outlook application doesn't have the function to export mails to EML file format. To fix this, you can export your emails to another format and then use the Software Informer database to find a program that can convert these files to the EML format. There is another possibility - you can use the OutlookExtract application to convert your emails from Outlook directly to the EML file format. To transfer your file to a Mac computer, you can use a cloud storage solution like Google Drive, Dropbox or simply transfer them using an USB pen drive.
