Providing shared access for many employees.

Question

Is there a way to provide one employee shared user access (to view and edit) for many employees at one time? For example, I have one employee who I want to grant access to over 200 employees. I know I can go to each employee's record and under the sharing tab, add the person who needs access, but I wonder if there is a quicker way. Can you help?

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a batch feature for your needs. The only way to grant access to other employees data is to add the user manually in the Sharing tab.
