In order to fix the issue, go to Start, type dxdiag in the Search programs and files field and open the utility. Click the Display tab, check your video card model and download and install the latest available drivers from the developer's web page. After that, remove the software from the PC, run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and install the utility again. If the problem persists, try contacting the application's developer and ask for assistance.
