I have Arabic documents containing Al-Mushaf Publisher Arabic fonts. Is there a way to use them on Microsoft Word for Mac? The fonts are Harf fonts.

You will need to install those fonts. Copy the TTF files to your Mac and place them in a folder, then go to Finder > Go > Applications and locate the Font Book application. If you can't find it, click Search on Finder and type Font Book. While the Font Book is opened, double click the TTF file and click on Install Font. Close everything, start Microsoft Word and then open your document and they should display just fine without anything else installed. This is the standard procedure to add a font to the collection on a Mac computer.
