GalaxSim Unlock works with the models listed on the entry page at Android Informer and SHV-E210S is a supported phone. You need to root it first because the application needs exclusive access to hidden system partition files. Once you'll root the phone, start the application again, pay the amount of money and it will work.
I can confirm it worked for a Galaxy S3 I9300 International version.
