Is this software compatible with upcoming Paypal update 2014?

I need this software but Paypal API will be updated soon and the Http 1.0 protocol won't works anymore. is there an update for this software before PayPal update?

This application has been renamed to PayPal Button Creator, and it comes fully equipped (the latest PayPal API version was used). Visit the website and pick a version that suits you the best.
