I am using the 6.2.2 version. In the calendar section, year, week and day display normally. However, when I try to display month, the program hangs. This only happens for 2014. For 2013 and prior years, all 4 choices display normally. What can I do?

In order to fix this problem, I suggest you reinstall the application. Before you do that, you need to restart your computer and quite all the running programs for the best experience. Also, the developer states on the official support website that the software is not compatible with dual- or multi-CPU computers and they didn't test it for Windows 7 even if some of the users managed to use it on that OS. These might be the reasons why your application gets stuck. Also, try to keep your application updated to the latest version, because some of the incompatibilities and errors might be fixed in a patch.
