In order to properly use the clip art images that you found on Bing, you need to download them first on your computer. It's advised to save the full image and not only the preview one. To do this, hover your mouse over an image and select Show larger. When you see the full image, right click on it and save it to your computer. To be able to use it in Microsoft Publisher, you need to save the clip arts to the following location : C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\CLIPART. In this location there are stored all the clip art images that Microsoft Office applications are using.
