No, the application is compatible only with Windows 2000, Windows NT Version 4.0 with Service Pack 3, Windows Me, Windows 98, or Windows 95. You can try to run the application in compatibility mode. Right-click on the executable file and go to Properties tab. Check the Run this program in the compatibility mode for and select a proper operating system.
