Training error recognition failed

I'm having problems with the EasyVR Commander software. Whenever I'm trying to train a word in any of the groups, I get an error that says “training error: recognition failed”. However, when I train in the Trigger area, it's fine. Does anyone have experience with this problem or know a workaround?

The program gives you errors because there are problems with the add-ons installed with the software. When you install the EasyVR Commander, the application prompts you to install additional modules. If you've missed the installation for those modules, errors might appear. Download the latest version of the software and make sure to install the modules, then the process should be successful.
